Payment

Cash or personal cheque with Bankers Card, all major credit/debit cards, Bankers Draft or BACS transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank of Canada’s base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty day from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed 7000$ CND. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.

 

 

Returned cheques will incur a 50$ CND charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

 

 

 

 

 

Ice N Go Warranty

 

 

Ice N Go Inc. guarantees for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase against any and all manufacturing defects of material when used under normal conditions.

 

Should the product be defective, Ice N Go Inc.(at its discretion), will repair or replace it, free of charge. If only part of the product is defective, you may return the defective part(s). If returning the part is necessary, you are responsible for shipping the defective product/parts to the above mentioned address. Ice N Go Inc. will bear the cost of shipping for the repaired or replaced item to you. This warranty is void if the owner repairs or modifies the product. This warranty excludes any liability other than that expressly stated above, including, but not limited to, any incidental or consequential damages.

 

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

 

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

 

 

 

Ice N Go Returns Policy

 

 

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt for an exchange or refund within 30 days.

 

All returned items must be new & unused in the original state with all tickets/tags attached and deemed by Ice N Go Inc. to be in an unworn/undamaged condition prior to be accepted for a refund or exchange.

 

All returned items must be shipped back to Ice N Go Inc., with shipping fees assured by customer.

 

See exceptions and exclusions listed below:

 

  • Online purchases cannot be returned without a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Damage to home delivered products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by email.

 

The following items are excluded from this refund policy and will not be accepted for refund or exchange:

 

  • Used, worn or damaged liners and out of the original packaging.
  • We do not allow returns of unrolled poly-liners or hammered and/or drilled brackets.

 

Please note these returns handling guidelines:

 

  • Returns will only be credited back to the original tender type (debit transactions will be returned as cash).
  • All returned parts that have been ordered from our Parts and Service department will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

 

The following fees are non-refundable:

 

  • All delivery, shipping and handling charges (unless an error has occurred in the shipping of your order)
